Q10. What is Web 3.0, and how will it differ from Web 2.0?
Web 3.0 is a semantic web (or the meaning of data), personalization, intelligent serach and behavioural advertising among other things.
Web 2.0 is about The Social Web diagram where people connect to the internet 100millions.

The differences between Web 2.0 & Web 3.0 are that Web2.0 allow people to collaborate and share information online using Flickr, Wikis etc. Web3.0 is a evolving extention of the web. Web3.0 links information together automatically by the system instead of manually like now. Web2.0 is focused on communities while web3.0 focused on individual.

The major potentials inhibitors are:
