The differences between Web 2.0 & Web 3.0 are that Web2.0 allow people to collaborate and share information online using Flickr, Wikis etc. Web3.0 is a evolving extention of the web. Web3.0 links information together automatically by the system instead of manually like now. Web2.0 is focused on communities while web3.0 focused on individual.
